This project included a 40’ x 80’ shop floor and a 28’ x 25’ driveway.

The shop originally had a dirt floor, which was causing water intrusion issues inside the building. Our crew came in and poured a new concrete floor and driveway, giving the property a more durable, functional space while helping address the water issues.

We’re excited to share this tenant build-out we completed this summer for Beck Wellness Co at our JENCO project. Last year, we had the opportunity to construct this building, and now we’re helping bring another business space to life within it.

One of the most rewarding parts of what we do is when clients trust us not only for the original project but continue to call us back for future work. Those long term relationships mean everything to us and are a reflection of the quality, communication, and care we strive to bring to every job.

It’s become a JMG tradition to kick off the Fourth of July weekend with lunch and a little friendly competition with our crew.

We’re incredibly grateful for these guys and everything they bring to JMG.
