Reasonable price
Working with John Dye at Greenway was a pleasure from start to finish. They installed windows, replaced siding, soffit, and trim on the complete house as well as secured a deck frame that was pulling away from the house and improperly supported. This job was performed in January during a cold snap and his crew were out there for 8 -10 hours everyday even when the temperature was in the single digits. As my neighbors watched, they would call me and tell me how impressed they were with the crew and how efficient they were. This job was a botched project from a previous contractor who left the job undone and defective to the point that the whole job needed redone. John took extra care and was present daily throughout the process to ensure that the installation met code and all warranty requirements. He provided excellent verbal communication during the project and provided excellent documentation of his work. His crew was respectful and polite and they took pride in their work and I enjoyed the process. On a few small occasions an issue came up either a surprise from the job or me being particular about something, we were able to work through it in a professional manner as John and his foreman were very laid back and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Greenway for exterior work. He did us a solid and made our home beautiful again. We really appreciate it.

I had Greenway replace my bedroom windows, rebuild and insulate the "bump-out. This is the FIRST winter my bedroom is not a freezer!!!
I am soooo happy with the new windows and repairs.

Another satisfied customer!

Thank you so very much for your kindness, professionalism, and above all, caring enough to show up to give an estimate. I noticed when we lived there, contractors, regardless of type, never showed, put the job off forever or just plain did work that wasn't even close to being done correctly. My vision was brought to life and I couldn't be more pleased. The only other builder I know that will do exactly as I want, my 84-year-old father!! I will try to come by in October as I will be there for my granddaughter's birthday.

14 hours agoI called three different companies out for estimates to repair the siding on our chimney, and Greenway was 25-35% cheaper than both the alternatives. John was able to get his crew out to work on the job within the week and got it finished up that day, and chimney looks great! Would definitely recommend

Great customer service, friendly and respectable company. I chose this company because of the pricing and no harassing on purchasing new windows. The installers were very prompt and knowledgeable on the windows. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace windows or siding to their home. Thanks John and Greenway Exteriors, I am pleased with the final look of the windows in my house.



We are extremely happy with our new windows. The original estimate had no hidden fees. The workers showed up on time the day of installation and were very efficient & friendly. The windows were installed in one day and they cleaned up yard & inside when they were done.

We had John from Greenway Exteriors come out and install two huge windows in our living room so we could take advantage of our waterfront. The price was more than fair and the crew expertly overcame a few obstacles along the way and now we have an excellent view! We couldn't be happier.
