We excavated and hauled off an estimated 50- 60 tons of topsoil from this lawn. It had about 6” of build up from erosion, moles, and gophers working underground. It now has a smooth and seed prepped surface and will get seeded with Bermuda.

We’re allergic to shovels. 🤧 Real talk though, our little Cat 301.8 C with our grading bucket keeps us fast and precise with our landscape material moving, digging, grading, and shaping. We were even able to place a few smaller boulders with it this week. She is small but mighty! 💪🏾

I can’t imagine what people must think when we leave their site looking like this. There must be so many questions in their mind. Are they coming back? Just how long is this going to take? Are they going to take the deposit and run!? However, proven results speak for themselves. The first day or two of a design and build landscape project can look chaotic, however, it’s organized… Every boulder, every paver, every plant ready to find its new home.
