Leave those leaves in your flower beds all winter! Clean them out in the spring! It provides protection/insulation to your plants from the hard winter cold as it decomposes it provides nutrients and moisture to your plants! Also don’t take your leaves in the yard! Don’t take them! Mow them! The leaves break down and provide nutrients to your grass!!

🍁 LEAVES! 🍁 LEAVES! 🍁 LEAVES!
Be sure to clean out those gutters! But leave them on the ground!! Leaves are natures insulator and fertilizer!!! For your yard just mow/mulch them into your grass!! For your flower beds - leave until spring!! Leaves protect your flower bed plants by being a natural mulch in keeping moisture into your plants all while insulating from freeze! Leaves will also give nutrients to your plants as they start to break down over the winter! I know it’s not pretty, but your plants and yard will reward you!! In the spring just rake out and make it petty! But leave those 🍁 🍁 🍁!!!

We are still mowing and clearing leaves!!
However! It is best to keep the fallen leaves in your flower beds until spring! It protects them from the harsh temperatures and keeps moisture on the soil when it’s dry!!
