🎉 Celebrating Our Team! 🎉
One of the best parts of what we do is celebrating the people who make our company successful.
This week, we have the privilege of recognizing four outstanding employees for reaching important service milestones with DSDC.
🏆 Paul M. – 10 Years
Paul is one of our CDL drivers and plays a vital role in our operation. From delivering materials to transporting equipment, he helps make sure our crews have what they need to keep projects moving. Much of what we accomplish simply wouldn't happen without Paul getting the right materials and equipment to the right place at the right time. Thank you, Paul, for 10 years of dependable service!
🏆 Jeff M. – 15 Years
Jeff is an outstanding carpenter with extensive expertise in acoustical ceilings, but his talents don't stop there. He's also our go-to mechanic, helping keep our fleet of trucks, lifts, and equipment operating smoothly. Whether he's on a jobsite or in the shop, Jeff is always willing to jump in wherever he's needed. We appreciate all the ways he helps our team succeed and were honored to present him with his 15-Year Years of Service Award this week.
🏆 Roberto R. – 15 Years
Roberto is an exceptional carpenter whose attention to detail and commitment to quality consistently produce outstanding results. Most recently, he led our Nex-Tech Office Remodel in Salina, and the finished project turned out beautifully. We were proud to recognize Roberto with his 15-Year Years of Service Award this week, and we're excited to share a few photos of the completed project.
🏆 Larry S. – 20 Years
Larry serves as one of our Project Managers and has spent the past 20 years helping keep DSDC running smoothly. He works hard to make sure our crews have the inventory, tools, and equipment they need while also taking the lead on many of our residential projects, commercial repairs, and tenant finish remodels. His versatility, experience, and willingness to tackle whatever comes his way make him an invaluable member of our team.
Together, these four gentlemen represent 60 years of service to DSDC. That's 60 years of serving our customers, supporting one another, and building projects that make a difference in our communities.
Congratulations, gentlemen! Thank you for everything you do to make DSDC a better company every day. We appreciate each of you and look forward to many more years together.
