Creating your outdoor living spaces should have the same thought and detail put into it as inside your home. Thinking about flow, placement of furniture, dealing with weather / sun. The space should feel comfortable whether its the family hanging out or a larger event.
This is an outdoor space that reworked the deck, created outdoor kitchen with pergola, retaining and sitting walls, gas fire pit, 2 patios as well as a chipping area to go to 2 greens with a sand trap.
It was alot of fun creating this space. Quick video attached

Some walls came down, some windows removed and added.
Bathrooms and the laundry room were moved and a new kitchen/family entertaining area was created.
Custom hood wall, large island, pantry, dinette and dining area. More pictures to follow.
From the start with listening to what the owner was asking for, then designing the vision and onto completing the project along with our great team. We really enjoyed working with the owners to make this come together.

You don't have to keep something the same because it was expensive or someone at 1 time thought it looked nice. We kept the location but changed the design of the window. We put in larger undivided glass and eliminateed the arches. Used trim to carry lines of the other windows. Now when sitting inside you feel connected to the outdoors with the comfort of inside.

Photos of a project our team completed this past summer. We added on to the front of the garage creating a home gym. On the inside beams and a nickelgap ceiling along with a rubber floor keep it simple and clean. On the front porch, removing the railings, changing the columns, adding trim for the beam and the walls along with installing pavers on the floor created a more welcoming and comfortable space to be on.
And the driveway...all pavers with a double border.
Last, copper gas lanterns and lamp post. Pictures to come of them on at night.
