Job Responsibilities:
- Answer Phone Calls
- Schedule Appointments
- Communicate well with customers
- Invoicing
- Enter payments from customers
- Entering payroll data
- Work with Microsoft Office
- Learn how to use Quickbooks
- Daily mail pick up
- Make Bank Deposits

Starting Pay: $15-$20

Working hours: M-F 7:30am-4:00pm

We hope everyone is having a great holiday season!

Just a head’s up regarding our hours the next couple weeks.

We will be taking a half day on Christmas Eve then closed Christmas Day, as well as the 26th, to spend time with our families. If you have a true emergency please leave a message. We will be checking messages intermittently and will contact you.

Next week, we will be working a half day on the 31st and closed on January 1st to celebrate the new year. Also note- if you plan to stop by the office or call in on January 2nd our secretary will be out in preparation for her son leaving for boot camp. The guys will be in and out of the office between calls and will call anyone back that leaves a message.
