Good afternoon everyone,

Today we gather to celebrate someone who has meant so much to our family and our business—Mr. Willard.

From the very beginning of owning Lewis HVAC Services, Willard has been more than just a delivery person to us. He has truly been one of the most compassionate, caring, and dependable people we have had the blessing to know. His presence has always brought warmth, kindness, and a genuine sense of connection to every single visit.

Willard is always pleasant. He loves to talk, and what makes him so special is that he never just makes small talk—he remembers the small details. He asks about our spouses, our children, and our lives. He truly cares. In a world that moves so fast, Willard always made people feel seen and valued. That is a rare gift.

One of the most beautiful things about having Willard in our lives has been the way he has watched our family grow. He remembers when our children were just tiny toddlers, riding on the lift and full of curiosity. He has been here through so many seasons. Today, he stands here watching our daughter prepare to graduate and our son step up, take on responsibility, and work side by side with his father in Lewis HVAC Services. That kind of relationship, that kind of consistency, and that kind of loyalty means more than words can express.

Willard, you have not just delivered parts and supplies—you have delivered smiles, encouragement, friendship, and care. You have been part of our story. You have been part of our family. And for that, we will always be grateful.

As you enter this next chapter of retirement, we hope you know how deeply you are appreciated. We hope your days are filled with rest, laughter, and all the things you love most. You have earned it.

Thank you for your years of service, your heart, your dedication, and your friendship. Lewis HVAC Services will never be the same without you—but we are all better because of you.

Gary is a recent graduate of Wicomico County Evening High School, Class of May 2024, and is currently continuing his education at Wor-Wic Community College (May 2025 completion). He is learning the HVAC trade under the mentorship of his father and company owner, Gary Lewis, Jr. We are proud to support the next generation as Gary builds a strong foundation in the industry.
