NEW construction install completed! Tequesta Village (Running Man) Yorktown. Final grade with quality soil, bermuda sod install, custom paver patio, bed design, plant(s) & tree(s) install, quality walnut blend mulch with river rock in water concentrated areas! This grass is perfection and the feedback has been tremendous. This property has come a long way and everything looks amazing! AND- the next 2 houses being built have requested the services of LSG 💥

Another HUGE elevated patio terrace re-build. Note to builders: DO NOT pour concrete in elevated patio areas unless you backfill properly (these areas are often a waste area for construction site workers). Common theme in these beautiful "custom built" homes. It is now backfilled, compacted, and installed with new EP Henry Pennsylvania Blue Paverstone.
