Conceptual short term rental design from a few months back. Designed using two 20' shipping containers, one 40' container, focused around a swimming hole and waterfalls!

Big week at the Homestead!! Walkway is formed and ready for pour tomorrow, Mulch and stone this weekend, plants are taking nicely. The slabs will have a decorative river rock between large angular slabs, as everything I designed in this home is designed around a common theme I like to use when designing.. Triangulation, which helps me balance and frame views. With only a few plant choices in mass, it shows that you don't need to have every plant at the nursery to make a big impact. Masses of hunter green distylium and lime green guacamole hosta will pop against the dark backdrop of the home 👌
