This is one of the most exciting parts of the design process!

Bree puts together two complete design options for each bathroom, giving our clients a chance to see everything come together before the remodel even begins. From a beautiful digital presentation to all the finishing touches, she walks the client through each selection and makes sure every detail works together.

There’s a lot of work that happens behind the scenes to get to this point, but once the selections are made, our clients can finally relax and get excited about the transformation ahead.

One thing we hear over and over is what a huge sigh of relief it is to have Bree guiding them through the design process. Our clients have absolutely loved working with her, and we love seeing their vision come to life.

Now it’s time to get to work! We’ll be in Powhatan Secondary for the next month, so if you see the VanFleet Homes crew around the neighborhood, come say hi!

What you’re seeing here is our most basic design option: a personalized selection sheet showing the finishes and materials that will go into your new bathroom or kitchen.

One of the best parts? We take the stress out of shopping. Instead of spending your time visiting multiple stores and trying to piece everything together, we typically present you with two thoughtfully selected options based on your style, needs, and project.
