Update to the update.
She is safe with her new family. Thanks everyone for working together. This will be one happy puppy!!

Update:
its a female that has had puppy's
Shes very friendly
Chases my cats.
She has water and I gave her a tiny bit of cat food. Though she is super skinny so too much can make her sick.
She looks to have been alone a while
