The boss has given one of the 3 former plow clients a majority refund from his own savings, he's waiting to hear back from the 3rd and the second told him that when he has all the money they paid the company then he can bring it to them, which is perfectly understandable.

Due to unforseen things happening at home we have been unable to honor our obligations to our clients that signed up for plow service, we are extremely sorry and refunds will be issued for the remainder of the season. If he's willing we'd like to extend a referral to Jim Steingraber for our clients, we've seen his work and he does amazing work at fair rates.

We were out doing an estimate for someone about a fall clean up when a couple of dogs appeared in the potential clients yard, we were granted the ability to duck into the house until the proper authorities arrived. Hopefully we didn't cause any trouble for the potential new client by doing the right thing.

Announcement: our new hours of operation are, Mon: 12-3 by appointments only, Wednesday and Thursday 9a-5p, Sat: 12-4 closed sun,Tues and Friday we appreciate your patience and support as we move through these new changes in scheduling, we will still provide service when called where just changing operational hours to reflect more availability at home with our family

After much thought and discussion we have decided that we will be reducing our operational hours, boss gave us the all clear to look for freelance work or volunteer opportunities within the community
