NEED A ROOF?
Check out this roof replacement Completed today by ACS roofing division.
Client said Decking was too thin. (you are correct) We changed out 15/32 plywood and upgraded to 19/32 OSB with clips to ensure a sound decking. Repaired a rotten rafter along with a crooked rafter. Then added our GAF Systems Plus Lifetime Warranty shingled in an HDZ Pewter Gray. Cleaning up just in time for the rain to test our products.

Pole barn roofs need to drain right or they collect water in all the wrong places. The pitch has to match the span, and the overhang needs to be sized so runoff clears the structure.

Get it wrong and you're looking at pooling, rust lines, and rotted posts down the road. It's one of those things that looks simple until you're standing there with a level and realizing the math matters more than you thought.
