Walls are set. After digging through 26 inches of frost the footer drain is daylighted. Let it rain.

Our first basement of 2018. -12 degrees up on top of the mountain. This will be another Brookside Home. There is alot of extra precautions this time of year in order to keep ground from freezing. Thermal blankets and straw do the trick for over night. This homeowner is using superior walls. Therefore calcium will be added to the limestone to keep from freezing.
