⚡A message from our new owner Brian Waldman…
On January 1st, 2026, I officially became the owner of Steve Waldman Electric, Inc.
Honestly, it felt like another day at the office — except this time, I wasn’t following anyone.
Most of you knew my father, Steve, long before you knew me. He built something real here, starting in a converted toy room with two employees and growing it over 25 years into a company our whole family is proud of.
I’ve worked in this business my entire life, but the last five years were different. I went from working in the field, to running estimates, to leading projects, to managing our team, to running the office. One step at a time. The transition wasn’t announced — it was earned.
My dad still stops by once a week. He doesn’t give direction anymore — he just smiles. That smile is trust. It’s the greatest thing he’s ever given me.
Growing up, he lived by one phrase: “Can’t never tried.”
Later, someone told me: “There are no problems, only solutions… you just have to find which one fits.”
And today, I live by four words: Everything is a Gift.
Every challenge. Every tough job. Every moment that tests you. I ask myself — where is the gift in this?
That mindset guides how I run this company. My actions don’t just impact my family — they impact every family that works here, and every family we serve. That’s everything.
Fair pricing, doing the job right, answering the phone at 2am — it all comes from the same values my father built this company on. Same community. Same commitment. No job too small. No customer turned away.
But this is my chapter now.
And I’m just getting started. ⚡
