If your contractor does a custom tile shower for you make sure he does a liner with a wet bed floor, cement board on the walls with red guard. Fire anyone who uses or tells you green board will work for a tile substrate in a shower.

We finally made it over to Stratford for a deck job with a sunken hot tub. We are adding onto the original deck then new deck boards and rails. The deck will have all kinds of options from skirt boards to lattice panels. I will post pictures of the progress.

Well we wrapped up that porch in Moorestown so I thought I better post the photos at some point. We tried to keep it period correct with modern materials. Pictures are before the electrician and painters got there to finish. There is a difference in contractors and price does matter. We are not painters or roofers pretending to be carpenters we are a full service carpentery company with a job history to prove it. We have had two client interviews on porch restorations in Moorestown because of this job. The architect and I were just hired for one of them. If you are concerned about a renovation or interested in one interview us and the team of contractors, architect and engineer we do business with.
