Latest location build the crew is rolling through. Another 100K plus yard pad that will be done in record time. Almost as if they wanna work themselves out of a job, but still hoping to have a few good months left to finish up several more! Each day we’re blessed to see the growth, teamwork, and progress that are shaping us into something that sets us apart.

Some people talk about being committed, we live committed to making a difference, being transparent, honest, and dedicated in all we do. We don’t go home when the sun goes down or even before to make dinner time, we stay till we’re prepared for the next day. In this picture we stayed to finished surface even wetting till midnight so we had good top moisture on pad before starting to rock at 0600 the following morning. We believe in building from the bottom up, giving even the things you can’t see the same attention as the last finishing touch!

The crew just wrapped up another. They say the devil is in the details. Monster double pad w/ (2) entrance/exit point, (2) retention ponds, improved township road going in. This one was not completely rocked due to being pre flow lined, but will get covered once completed. Truly blessed to be able build these for some of the best customers in the country, w/ a team of employees that are more than operators but a family that make this all possible!

Finally wrapped up this massive project, 2 new builds w/ over a mile of road between them, 96” culverts crossing creeks, elevated roadway over spring bed w/ engineered geo fabric, rip rap, and 300,000 yards of dirt. Can’t say enough about our team members and all they do, whether it’s super long days late into the evening under lights, 7 day work weeks, whatever it takes to overcome weather/challenges and meet schedules. Just a year after some major rebranding and restructuring we have grown immensely in the right places, not in size but quality of work, commitment to our customers, and the ability to achieve only the highest quality of work on large scales w/ the same team members.
Success is earned not given!

Just about finished up w/ another one. Ready for some breathing room w/ 3 100K plus yard pads all going at the same time. However the team has come together and absolutely hit another beautiful built out of the park! Redesigned in the field to give customer a much more manageable site and significantly lowered operating cost for the life of this project. We don’t just build sites, we build long term sustainable relationships w/ all those we work along side of! If you wanna take the heartache out of your site construction give us a call.
