Very bad duct system installed under this home. And its undersized. Duct system should have been stretched out and cut to the right length and then attached and sealed properly for good air flow into the home. All that extra ducting is causing extra stress on the AC equipment and blower motors, etc. Causing a lot more running time for the equipment to cool or heat the home. We advised home about this and the dangerous electrical connections under the home as well. He is going to schedule a day and get it corrected. He was very thankful we informed him on this.

We are cleaning the Evaporator coils on a 15- Ton American Standard Split System Heat Pump and 7.5- Ton units. Extremely dirty coils and causing them to operate way below there efficiency levels. Also causing the units to freeze up occasionally and causing condensation drainage issues.

Another satified customer. They are wonderful wonderful poeple. 400th customer this year enjoying a new 16-Seer Rheem package heat pump with energy bills as low as $110.00 per month. Compared to $365.00 per month with the old Goodman unit they had. What an energy Hog that old unit was. This new units savings will pay for it's self in a little less than 5-years. Can't beat that.

Awesome men's ministry meeting tonight Thursday at Williston Church Of God. Great speaker there tonight. The young gentlemen blessed us all with his testimony. I just have to say. God is an awesome and faithful God. All men in the Williston area you need to come out and join us. You will meet a bunch of great men of God and enjoy some awesome fellowship. Not to mention the steak dinner. It was excellent. Thanks to all the ladies for they're service. They done an awesome job.

UPDATE FOR FLORIDA.
January 1st 2014 13-Seer equipment will be gone forever. Florida made it final and mandated 14-Seer equipment to be the minimum efficient equipment to be installed. They are pushing forward for that greener building and lower energy costs. We will up date later on as we get more information from the state boards. Check back in with us.

SAVING ALERT....... 16 Seer high efficiency equipment seems to be the target choice for most customers this year. Surprisingly OR not. Our efforts on repeatedly educating our customers are paying off. For us and our customers. Extremely wise investments choosing 16-Seer equipment over 13-Seer. Savings on monthly electric bills are as high as 65% some customer are reporting back to us. 13-Seer is about 30% - 35%. still a pretty good saving but when your investing that kind of money into new A/C equipment the 16-Seer is by far the best choice paying for itself in five years or less with the saving.
