Sweet little farmhouse renovation. Took an old bedroom on the second floor and gave the homeowners a new bathroom! We were able to gain 5” of height in a very low room by exposing the attic collar ties.

A rainy day bonus!

Eliminating a wall does so much to open up a space. I’m really excited about the potential for this kitchen and getting rid of that nasty wallpaper!! Floor got opened up today to allow for a wet bar in the massive 8’x4’ Island (mapped out on the floor for the client to visualize). Also added a pocket door on the far side to gain even more square footage in room.
