Professional roof-consulting firm needs field technicians to monitor the progress of major commercial roof projects. Advancement opportunities - Training provided. Openings available for both experienced and entry level candidates.

Full Time and Seasonal Positions - Great fit for teachers, firefighters, internship, retirees

Duties
• Read written specifications and detail drawings, and observe/compare to construction
• Report to RoofTEC consultant / supervisor
• Prepare written field reports for benefit of Owner and Contractor
Skills
• Climb ladders, work outdoors, work safely on construction sites.
• Effective writing and communication skills
• Computer skills
Education
• Typical majors are construction management, architecture, structural engineering, construction engineering technology
Experience
• Construction, carpentry or roofing experience is helpful.
• AutoCAD desirable
• Reliable transportation, auto insurance and clean driving record required
