( not installed as of yet )
When that is installed then flooring
Trim
Ceiling mudded and textured painted

So countertop mishap
2 of 3 countertops installed
Unfortunately an mis-measure of the sink ….. it happens so we’re chugging along
Good News is the culprit that started this whole thing …. Got fixed today
Special thanks to Gerry from Apollo supplies for coming out helping to get it right
Mike from A&M Exteriors for helping install it
Brand new sliding glass door
Custom $2700 door
Custom made 2” shorter so it can be lifted, wrapped and sealed to prevent water from coming in when it rains
The original door was sitting straight on the concrete , rotted wood AND siding…. Something I didn’t know
WRAPPING TREATED LUMBER WILL ROT ALUMINUM….!!!!

*Timberlake update *

Full Saturday with Brian Abrams of Multi Craft
Got the floor in
Started late Friday, finished laying it yesterday
Now to finish bathroom
Moving on to trim this out
Then get them a functional kitchen back

Added buffet style cabinets for extra countertops
( can never have too much counter space)

Last pic is how the finished trim on cabinets will look
We just ran out of time

Threw in some older pics

This one has a boiler system… it has to go it’s in pretty bad shape

Number of projects before we get to this
But a nice winter project so boiler system needs removed as soon as this hopefully closes will need a heat source through winter.

Stack probably coming down as well going all high efficiency on this one….!!
