As the snow clears and the ground shows promise of green (YES!), it's time to make those winter plans come to life!

This retaining wall created a great living space outside the house and the Verti-Block stone textures & colors make it so easy to compliment your landscaping.

It's always special to be a part of a project from the very beginning.
This project is a new build due to a heartbreaking fire. But we are excited to get the site work and foundation set for this new chapter.
New beginnings here in Willsboro!

"I own an old cabin on the edge of Lake Champlain. The cabin was falling into the lake on one side and sinking in the sand on the other side. The project of restoring the cabin, pouring a cement foundation and restoring the stairs down to the lake involved a variety of complex issues. The Sheehan’s were able to assess the situation and propose a plan of action. They also oversaw all of the regulatory hurdles necessary for our project.

The Sheehan’s have a wide range of experience and were able to coordinate with a number of experts and 3rd parties. They retained the engineer and coordinated with him to obtain all the Federal, State and Local approvals needed.

Once the necessary approvals were obtained, from lifting the cabin offsite, constructing the retaining wall along the shore line, building the cement foundation for the cabin, to constructing the stairs down to the lake, the Sheehans did it all. Their attention to detail down to the cedar wood railing was phenomenal."

It's another fun project for us. We love our community and doing the work we do.

We work all over the region but hometown stories ring strong in our hearts! This latest project was for the son of a prior town official that our father really respected and adored. The longevity of our working and personal relationship with this family made the work that much more impactful. Generational timelines intersecting!

We demoed the original house and garage but kept the full basement as well as the original chimney.

Camp Sharke - Progression Report - Part 5

The not so pretty parts of the sitework but oh so important. The retaining wall sits in front of the new septic area. The sewer line goes through the new addition wall. Not shown, new propane tank.

There were so many facets of this project, thanks for coming along with us!
