To a beautiful person, a friend , a business woman and a developer who did it on her own for almost 50 years . To a person who helped at one time a one man show landscaper build a business with not just work but by advice, wisdom and care because that man had a family to take care of and you gave that advice almost until the day she passed . Carolyn you will never know what you truly done for me . I hope your resting with your daughter peacefully we should all be as strong and hardworking as you ! Rest in peace . Ladybilt designs will live on with the marks you left behind of class and elegance because that’s what you were Carolyn Dunn

9/11 Never forget . This is a men of men right here growing up we were very tight all the way till the end . My Uncle Richie . A Lieutenant for New York City Fire Dept. Tough as nails . But a heart of gold . A true New Yorker . All of friends passed on 9/11 but him, I think deep down he wished he was with them at that moment of them passing . He stayed on the pile of rubble until there was nothing left searching for his friends for almost a year . He found the last body on that site . But eventually that 9/11 cancer came to get him years later . In a way I think he was at peace in his mind, other than leaving his 2 girls and my Aunt behind . He went to be with his friends once again . We should never forget what people like him do for us . RIP Uncle Richie until we meet again !
