This built-in wall is just one piece of a full kitchen remodel: custom cabinetry from floor to ceiling, a built-in wall oven and microwave combo, warm greige tones with brushed gold hardware, and a marble slab backsplash tucked behind an open counter for extra prep space. Even the angled ceiling nook got worked into the design instead of around it. When every detail is planned together, the whole kitchen ends up feeling like it was always meant to look this way. ✨

Our Carolina Beach homeowners wanted a bathroom that flowed with the rest of their home, so out went the original fiberglass tub and shower, and in comes a custom walk-in shower. 🌊

We started by tearing out the old tub and shower down to the studs, then moved into prep with waterproof backer board and a sealed shower pan. It’s the part nobody sees, but everything depends on it. From there, the tile went in. The design and tile selections came from the talented team at wood-look fluted tile on the side walls and half wall, ocean-blue square tile on the back wall, a built-in niche, and a pebble floor.

Next up, we’ll install quartz caps on the half wall and curb, then finish it off with custom frameless glass. Stay tuned for the final reveal!

Thinking about a bathroom remodel? Let’s talk about what’s possible in your space!

Older homes in the Wilmington area often have electrical panels that weren't built for how much power a modern kitchen or bathroom needs. If your remodel includes new appliances, added lighting, or extra outlets, it's worth having your panel checked before work starts, not after something trips mid-project. ⚡

This Landfall kitchen didn’t need a facelift. It needed a rethink.

That was the story in this Landfall home. We completely rethought the space’s layout, replaced the windows throughout, and rebuilt the room’s flow, down to the cabinetry, the lighting, and the hardware, so the kitchen fits how the owners cook, gather, and move through the space.

Spring gets all the renovation hype, but fall is quietly one of the smartest times to start a kitchen remodel. Contractors typically see less demand this time of year compared to the spring rush, which often means more flexibility in scheduling and more focused attention on your project. If you've been putting off a kitchen renovation waiting for the "right time," this might just be it.
