This primary bedroom had so much potential, but the layout needed some rethinking to make better use of the generous footprint. (Swipe for the before >>>) In this corner, we carved out a quiet sitting area perfectly positioned to take in views of the Intracoastal. 🌊 A soft, cozy palette, custom millwork, and layered furnishings are giving warmth and calm in this room.

We saw potential with the natural light and existing architecture…..

The goal was to enhance what was already working and give the space a lighter, more collected point of view.

We started with a renovating the fireplace with timeless marble surround and custom mantle. Then we layered in soft neutrals and shades of blue to enhance the overall flow.

A transformation starts with good bones — and some inspired creativity! ✨🩵

The original space was dark and dated, but the bones were good—especially those beautiful arched windows. We reimagined the fireplace with a custom cast-stone surround and leaned into a color-drenched palette to bring warmth and depth to the room.

Carrying the blue onto the ceiling extends the line of the walls all the way up and lets the architecture shine!

A small space, with lots of thoughtful details. This bar off the kitchen at the Harboway renovation is designed for happy hour with friends, a pour at the end of the day, and everything in between.

Custom cabinetry, quartzite countertops, and capiz shell mosaic tile backsplash that catches the afternoon light. We also tucked in a piece of local artwork, handpicked as a gift for our client. 🤍
