Pulled some beautiful plugs on this property doing a double aeration before a solid overseeding and topdressing with 4.5 yards of compost. This lawn already looks great and this will only make it thicker and healthier!

Mow, double aerate, overseed, topdress. We did the same thing last year to this lawn and it looks awesome!

This customer wanted their front yard renovated after w**ds took over. They killed it all off themselves with w**d killer weeks ago, and, after the appropriate delay, I came in with the rotadairon and pulverized everything. After that:

🔹Raked it out a bunch by hand
🔹Seeded it
🔹Raked the seed in
🔹Spread some fresh compost over it
🔹Seeded Again
🔹Raked it in again
🔹Rolled it

Customer is doing the starter fertilizer and that’s a wrap!
