They are so perfect 😍
Here are some surprising things we've sold dry ice for:
1) Accidents and toxic spills. A couple months ago, an unstable substance spilled on 95. It could become dangerous if overheated, so first responders cleared us out of our dry ice so they could keep things safe and cool during clean up.
2) Vaccine transportation and storage. When vaccines first rolled out, many vaccination areas were pop ups and didn't have access to the refrigeration the vaccine required. Dry ice was used to help the vaccines stay safe.
3) Concrete companies. Concrete can overheat and crack. We work with a lot of contractors to help avoid thermal cracking in freshly laid concrete.
4) Dry ice blasting. Similar to sand blasting, dry ice blasting cleans machinery and surfaces. Before, people would have to dissemble and relocate machinery to be sand blasted, but with dry ice, the machinery can stay intact during cleaning and since dry ice evaporates, it doesn't require additional clean up. It is also slightly less abrasive than sand, so is better to use on historic buildings or sensitive materials.

Today we remember the 2,996 people who lost their lives during the heinous attack on our country. We think of the people who woke up thinking it would be another work day, we think of the passengers on those planes and the first responders who bravely risked their lives to save others. The fear, the confusion, the devastation. We think about it all. Can't believe it's been 20 years, we still remember exactly where we were and what we were doing when we heard the news. Today is a solemn day full of remembrance, reflection and gratitude 🇺🇸

You guys loved the cherry wood so much, we decided to bring in apple! It's mild and sweet, perfect for 🐷
It's harder to find than hickory and cherry, therefore a tad more expensive, but totally worth it.
This is all we have left at the moment... we'd snag it while you can!
