We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of swimming pools and related equipment. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently while ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Bullfrog Pool Service is looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented and hard-working individuals to be a part of our team. Experience with pool maintenance, water chemistry, and very basic understanding of swimming pool systems is a plus.

Duties include driving to a route of swimming pools, checking and adjusting water chemistry, cleaning pool, & filter maintenance.

Candidate must have a clean driving record, pass background check, and provide own reliable transportation. Must be able to lift up to 50-60lbs.

Job Types: Full-time & Part-time positions available

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

We just tracked down a small leak to a cracked connection on the pressure gauge and manual air release assembly on this single cartridge filter tank.

The pressure gauge lets you monitor your filter’s operating pressure, while the manual air release valve is used to safely bleed trapped air from the filter after cleaning or servicing. Together, they help keep your filtration system operating efficiently and safely.

Another pool system upgrade in the books! We performed a full sand change and replaced an old, inefficient single-speed pump with a new variable-speed pump.

Over time, filter sand becomes less effective at trapping debris, making it harder to keep the water clear. A fresh sand change helps restore proper filtration, while a variable-speed pump runs quieter, uses much less energy, and gives you better control over your pool’s circulation.

Nothing beats relaxing in the spa with strong, soothing bubbles! 🫧💦

We just replaced a failed spa air blower and got this system back to full power. An air blower works by forcing fresh air through dedicated air lines to the spa jets. When a pool isn’t circulating properly, sometimes the problem isn’t obvious. This system had very little water flow, so we dug a little deeper and found the culprit—a pump impeller completely clogged with debris.

The impeller is responsible for moving water through your pool’s circulation system. When it becomes blocked with leaves, twigs, or other debris, water flow drops significantly, putting extra strain on your equipment and reducing filtration.

After disassembling the pump, clearing the blockage, and reassembling everything, this system was back to running at full flow. If your pool seems to have weak circulation or your equipment isn’t performing like it should, Bullfrog Pool Service is here to help!
