Crisis of “The Showroom Flood of 2022” averted!

We provided this client with a gorgeous rooftop system that the entire company will enjoy for many years to come!

• Replacement of rotted roof sheathing and storefront wall framing.
• Brand new poly iso sloped roof system covered with a mechanically attached TPO roofing membrane.
• Parapet flashing resealed then painted with Sherwin-Williams DTM Acrylic in Iron Ore.
• Handrails refinished with Sherwin-Williams DTM Acrylic in Tricorn Black.
• Gorgeous Trex Transcend decking in Island Mist bordered with Lava Rock.
• Safety rails installed with heavy duty mounts for parapet openings. (Replaced thin fence posts that were installed as “safety rails” 😳)
• New custom sized storefront system with added man door for access from the owners office.

The client loves the finished product on this rooftop build and so do we!
