922 Residents. 369 Homes. Mission accomplished.

This week, community leaders, partners, residents, and project teams gathered to celebrate the official ribbon cutting of Eastpark Apartment Homes in Salem.

Delivered through I&E Construction's phased construction approach, residents began moving in while construction continued, helping bring much-needed housing to the market sooner and allowing the community to take shape long before the final building was complete.

Projects like Eastpark are the result of strategic development, thoughtful planning, and strong partnerships working toward a common goal.

During the ceremony, City of Salem's Mayor, Julie Hoy, I&E Construction's Director of Development, Jeff Bivens, and Stratum, LLC 's Vice President of Operations, Virginia Miller, shared remarks on the impact Eastpark is making in Salem and the important role housing plays in supporting continued growth.

Eastpark is complete. The ribbon cutting marked the milestone. The impact is already underway.

Last week, we highlighted the coordination between our civil and concrete teams at The Hub Hermiston. This week, we're taking a closer look at the team continuing to drive progress across the site.

Utilities, infrastructure, and the groundwork that keep everything moving. It's not always the most visible work, but it's some of the most important.

At The Hub Hermiston, civil and concrete are moving, turning early site development into real progress. Civil crews are wrapping up remaining utilities and final infrastructure work, while concrete is working on the foundations and structural elements that support the building starts.
