After removing 3 tons of old trim and horse hair plaster from this 1890s house (a lead safe remodeling project for sure) we insulated and air sealed the exterior walls before Kenny (ktplastering.com) worked his magic. The clients asked us to install the new trim to match the original look and I think it looks fabulous.

This Wet Room Bathroom even has outdoor light fixtures just in case. The floor heat system is not only cozy for bare feet but also helps to minimize standing water on this curbless floor. We did install a narrow splash panel to keep any items on the sink from getting wet as the concrete sink itself is immune to moisture. The need for storage was solved by tucking 2 out of 3 mirror cabinets into the wall.

This Bathroom was the biggest transformation in a hundred square-foot space to date. Every piece is unique - the bathtub is made of micro cement (over an acrylic tub) and came from Lithuania, the wall tiles were hand crafted in Morocco, a shou sugi ban (Japanese charred wood) accent wall, brushed nickel hand- hammered sink and a beautiful mahogany mirror, skillfully crafted by the client, round out the design. Three new large windows add lots of light and delightful breezes. A shout out to Chris Morin of C. Morin Tile for the beautiful tile work!

Recent remodel. Combining two basement rooms to create a dance studio. Expanding and remodeling the bathroom and upgrading the stairs.

This project involved removing a bearing wall and installing a 4-ply LVL Beam. Thank you to Jana of Basswood Builders LLC who did all the demo and a lot of the finish carpentry. Mike and Bob of One Call Contracting took care of the beam installation, rough framing, stairs, bathroom floor, door installation and some trim. Also great work as usual by KT Blue Board - Pelham,NH, Jason Wetherbee, and KB Electric, LLC. Mirrors by Cheshire Glass Company, floor patching and refinishing by Thompson's Flooring.
