Savage Land is incredibly proud to showcase one our latest completed project in partnership with the City of Austin Parks and Recreation & Flintco. This beloved community gem, originally built in 1956, has been completely transformed while preserving its historic, mid-century charm!

Take a look at the drone and ground footage to see the fresh upgrades, including:
✨ A brand new 50-meter lap pool & zero-depth entry toddler pool
✨ Vibrant new green shade structures to beat the Texas heat
✨ Fully revitalized historic circular bathhouses
✨ Fresh landscaping, gorgeous stone retaining walls, and fully accessible pathways

Projects should age well, not just photograph well.

Just over a year after completion, The Club at Horseshoe Bay in the Summit Rock development is still a strong example of what disciplined ex*****on and long-term thinking can produce.

In commercial landscape construction, the real test starts after turnover. It is about how a project settles in, how it performs, and whether the finished environment still reflects the original vision over time. Seeing this property a year later, still presenting at a high level, is exactly the outcome every team should aim for.
