Three years ago today, we closed on the land. Today, we closed on the construction loan that will officially bring the future home of Kyles Cabinets to life🏡

We have to give a huge thank you to Holden Stark with Frost Bank. From day one, the loan process could not have been easier. He believed in us, encouraged us, and kept pushing us toward this dream.

When life gets busy -- a new baby + the day-to-day of running a business, it’s easy to put growth on the back burner. Holden never stopped encouraging us to take that next step, and today, we finally did it. We truly couldn’t have done it without him helping us get to the finish line🤍

NEXT UP: tapping in John Ainsworth with BASK Development Group! We cannot wait to watch them bring The Well Yard Business Park to life.

How special is it that we get to have two families we know, love, and trust from right here in our community in our corner as we build this next chapter?

A little sneak peek from the shop to the field…

We just wrapped up installing three elevations:
• Bar area 🍷
• Homework station ✏️
• Study area 📚

Right now everything’s still raw wood — pre-paint and ready for finishing. Once the paint hits and all the hidden lighting kicks on, these spaces are going to glow.

Really proud of the detail work our crew put into this one. Can’t wait to see the full transformation. Coming soon!
