My name is Ken Loughry(Lockery) owner of Freedom Shed Pros LLC. We are a residential Shed Building Company serving Frederick County, Virginia and Hampshire County, Wv.
When I was growing up, my Dad taught me many home maintenance and building skills. We were always building, painting or repairing one thing or another, it was just a way of life. As an adult I have continued in his footsteps by learning to be a tradesman in several different construction trades. My skills eventually brought me to the chance to buy and fix up my first house, an old farmhouse with great views, overlooking the Battlefield in Gettysburg Pa.
Since then I have become proficient at carpentry, plumbing, roofing, and many other home improvement skills while raising my own family and working for various construction companies.
Then in 2012, after struggling for years in the rat race, my family and I made the tough decision to fulfill our dreams of getting out of that race and moving to the mountains in Hampshire County, Wv. Looking back, we are grateful we did. We were able to build our own house in 2014 and this is where we home school our children, raise our own food, and have a base of operations for Freedom Shed Pros.
At Freedom Shed Pros we are thinking long term and building a business with a base of satisfied customers that can be passed on to our children. In fact you will frequently see them on the job, learning like I did as a boy. We are living out our dream and invite you to take a part in it.
