Our team is also qualified to do mapping for FHA loans as well.

Septic repairs can be costly and it’s the LAST thing a new home buyer wants to deal with. Make sure the property has a properly functioning system with a thorough inspection BEFORE the sale is final.

We recommend scheduling this inspection at least 2 weeks before your closing date.

We are a week and a half away from the Fly-In breakfast. This is the 75th Fly-In that we have had. How many have you been to? We see a lot of the same people each year and would love to know how many years you have been coming and we would love to see some new faces.
If you are flying in make sure to take advantage of our already low priced fuel and fill up with even cheaper fuel at cost.

– Toys
– Grease & food scraps
– “Flushable” wipes (pro tip: they are not actually flushable)
– Hygiene products
– and even things we can’t explain
