🎉 Join Us in Welcoming Our New Leadership for the Martinsburg Office!
We’re excited to introduce two exceptional professionals who will be leading our Martinsburg office and strengthening Greenway Engineering’s presence in the Eastern Panhandle.
👷♂️ Daniel Hayes, PE, PMP – Director of Engineering
Daniel brings a strong engineering foundation with a BS in Agricultural Engineering from Virginia Tech. With extensive experience in civil and land development (including project management, site planning, infrastructure design, and client leadership), Daniel’s expertise will be invaluable as he guides our Martinsburg team forward.
When he isn’t shaping projects, Daniel is busy at home – he and his wife are parents to seven amazing children! Outside of work, he enjoys CrossFit and writing.

👷♀️ Kimberly Petrucci – Senior Project Manager
Kimberly holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Architectural Engineering and Civil Engineering from the University of Miami. She brings a wealth of regional experience, having worked across the tri-state area and in local government — experience that will help strengthen our engineering services for local developers and businesses.
A fun family tradition: every November, Kimberly, her three children, and her granddaughter participate in the St. Pete Run Fest 5K together! She also enjoys reading and sewing in her free time.
