We gave this patio area a face lift, replacing the old corner wall with new block and caps. We replaced and capped the old lower step and the step into the house as well. The freestanding wall on the left still had integrity so that was not replaced.

A surface wash and joint reseal really brought it together, with new red chip stone to finish it off.

This job had some unique challenges. The area was tight without much room to work or stage materials. Ensuring the old patio would line up with the new wall when reinstalled, while making sure the wall still ran straight and true was critical.

Very proud to show the final product of our full landscape and hardscape renovation at this office in . This could not have been completed without our skilled, dedicated crew who show up every day with the desire to do the best work possible for our customers and enrich our community through projects like this.

Installed 200 linear feet of french drain and solid corrugated pipe connecting downspouts to the street drain.

We demo'd an old concrete sidewalk and replaced with:
Cambridge Norstone 4 piece planks in Driftwood
Ledgestone 6x9 Mocha border stone

The walkway is heated from underneath and will offer lower cost to the building owner on snow removal, saving the pavers from salt erosion and creating a safe walking path for customers to the business year round.

A full landscape install featuring:
Cherry laurels
Dwarf Decorative grasses
Boxwoods
Hostas
Hydrangeas
Coneflowers
Coreopsis
Decorative Tri-color riverstone and black mulch

The topsoil is seeded and will have a beautiful new lawn coming up soon, we already see shoots just with the weekend rain
