We’re growing quickly and looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn who wants to be part of what we’re building.
The position starts part-time, working alongside the owner primarily on commercial properties, with room for more responsibility and advancement as the company grows.
Our philosophy is simple: we take care of our people because our people take care of us.
We believe efficiency should be rewarded, not punished. We’re paying you to help accomplish the day’s mission, not drag the clock out.
We’re looking for someone who:
Shows up when they say they will
Isn’t afraid of hard, hot outdoor work
Takes pride in doing things right
Can take direction and wants to learn
Wants an opportunity to grow
Landscaping experience is a plus, but character, work ethic, and reliability matter more.
This is hard, hot work. This is not a typical landscaping gig. We run commercial routes all over Atlanta — north, south, east, and west — reaching as far out as Douglasville and as far south as Riverdale. The days can be long, and we move. 🏃♂️
We work hard, but we believe in enjoying what we do too — good attitudes, good energy, and having some fun while getting the job done.
