New floor/ceiling joicing in this room, fixed walks,new ceiling fan, light fixture mount, outlet moved, sub floor in attic crawl space, framed a box access to get up, roof repair from inside, strengthened structural integrity of one side of the house, mud, tape, paint, and a happy customer. house built in 1890. Not pictured was a landing that was done in vinyl, as well as a 3 bedrooms, and closets that I carpeted, and transition pieces I had to custom design, and make due to the drops the floor had, budget, and came out beautiful. I wish I had those pictures, but was focusing on many other pictures needed to prep not contracted, so the floor was installed properly. Text Gary at 5132635 or drop a message on this sight. S&G did exterior trim, kick plates. Gutter install with downspout, Also ran the corner trim board running from the bottom of the bottom of sifding, to the bottom edge of facier under the roof. Interior patch, and paint work to a ceiling interior. Spared no expense, and made sure our customer got the most bang for his buck. Another happy customer, and look forward to the upcoming projects briefly mentioned. Thank you!! Call Gary &G 5132635.
