Small space, big impact ✨

This powder room was ready for a refresh, and the transformation really comes down to the details. A new vanity, fresh wallpaper, updated trim—each element working together to bring new life to the space.

5 bathrooms, 4 months, one incredible transformation.

We’re kicking things off with the primary suite — now a true retreat right at home.

This space was designed and built with high end finishes throughout, bringing together comfort, function, and a level of detail that makes all the difference. From the layout to the final touches, every element was carefully thought out to create a place to unwind at the end of the day.

But what really made this project stand out was the people behind it. By the end of the job, it didn’t feel like just another project, it felt like working with family. We’re always grateful for amazing clients and the opportunity to bring their vision to life.

And a huge thank you to all of our subcontractors and design partners who help bring these projects from drawings and ideas, to reality.

From dark, quiet, and boring to bright, loud, and this family’s new favorite spot in the house!

This North Andover family had a basement space begging to be transformed into livable square footage. They now have space for the entire family to enjoy.

- Home gym with all the equipment for a full body workout.
- Large entertainment set up for the big game or family movie night.
- Sonos speaker system to bring that game or movie to the next level.
- Dry bar to serve the adult beverages and store the juice boxes.
- Custom white oak bar top to enjoy those drinks at.
- Fun nook under the stairs for the kids to enjoy (and maybe hide from their parents 😂).

More room for real life to happen.

What started as a need for more room turned into a full-scale addition and renovation built around family life. We expanded the home with a new family living space, renovated the kitchen and dining room with custom cabinetry, upgraded the hall bathroom, constructed a brand new deck for outdoor living - and everything in between.

Almost a year of pre-construction went into this project and it paved the way for seamless ex*****on with flawless results. We focused on all the details and coordination needed for each element of this project and it all paid off in the end.

This project certainly lands near the top of the list of projects that we are most proud to lay claim to.

Looking back on a year of spaces designed for real life.

2026 is shaping up to be something special, and we can’t wait to share what’s ahead.

Beyond grateful for everyone that helps make up Collier Home Improvements.

The growth over the past 13 years has been beyond my greatest expectations. None of that would be possible without the people in this room (plus a few we were missing).

But now it’s time to raise those expectations and goals for the new year and the future. I wouldn’t want to chase them down with any other team - the best in the business!

Our “North Andover Kitchen #3” project, which also included a sunroom and powder room, is now refreshed, functional, and ready just in time for the holidays.
