What a difference 2 weeks can make! Originally, this was an older bathroom with a toilet, vanity, and tub, but the homeowner wanted a more modern space. We reworked the plumbing under the floor to accommodate a 60"x40" shower, moved the toilet, and added an upgraded vanity.

Hello Friends and Neighbors,

Just a few preventative maintenance notes.
Since we all have an abundance of toilet paper and will be at home more working our plumbing systems to the max (more Showers, more flushes, more drinks of water). Please keep in mind that many of us have wells that are the source for our water. And septic systems that receive all the output.

Water conservation, less flushes and shorter showers. Maintenance of softner system and filters.
Limited use of garbage disposals (that you should not have).
No latex paints, fats or grease down the drain.
NO WIPES the biggest problem for septic and pump systems.

And save some of the toilet paper for your Mummy costume this coming Halloween.
