It is hard to lose a customer because everyone is like family to me. I know every one of our customers as well as their families (some family member’s I’ve met while others I’ve just heard lots about).

Joe was always smiling even when he wasn’t feeling his best. Joe asked me if I was crazy when I told him I was running for city council and I would now tell him YES, I am crazy!! He gave to others as evident in his obituary. Joe was proud of his children and grandchildren. He made sure to tell me at least one great accomplishment one of his family members made when he was still able to visit then would ask me what was the best thing that happened to you today.

It’s hard to lose a friend...... 💜 Susan
