Phase I ramp extension and Aircraft Tether Support project now started at the FedEx facility at BDL. This project is to accommodate the MD-10 & 11 aircraft. Phase II will be the installation of anchor points within the tarmac anchoring the nose of the aircraft when loading. These tethers will be tested at 50,000lbs. JHL is acting as the General Contractor and MDB Construction of Suffield is responsible for all excavation and concrete placement.
