Huge congratulations to our team members who made an incredible showing at the IECRM Wire-Off Competition!
Gavin Selman took 1st place in the 4th Year Category, demonstrating outstanding skill, precision, and problem-solving ability. With this win, Gavin will go on to represent Conduct All Electric at the IEC National Competition, where he’ll compete for the prestigious title of Apprentice of the Year (AOY)—an amazing accomplishment and opportunity!
We’re also proud to recognize Adeline Meredith for earning 3rd place in the 1st Year Category. Her performance is a testament to her hard work and dedication early in her apprenticeship journey.
The Wire-Off, hosted by the Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain (IECRM), brings together top apprentices from across the region. After advancing through a competitive qualifier round, the top 10 competitors in each category faced off in a live, hands-on event—putting their technical knowledge, wiring skills, and problem-solving abilities to the test.
We couldn’t be more proud of Gavin and Adeline for representing Conduct All Electric with excellence. Best of luck to Gavin as he heads to Nationals—we’re behind you all the way!
