Hi, I’m Niels!
As Director of Sales & Business Development at Luxor, I get to help homeowners make confident decisions about their homes while helping shape the future of our company.
We’ve seen firsthand what separates a truly great paint job from one that simply looks great when it’s finished. The difference is in the preparation, quality materials, and attention to details homeowners may never even see.
Our goal isn’t just to leave homeowners happy the day we finish. We want them to be even happier with their decision 10+ years down the road.
That philosophy guides everything we do, from how we educate homeowners to how we build and lead our team. Growth is exciting, but never at the expense of quality. We believe every person involved in a project should take genuine ownership of their work and be proud to put their name behind it.
I’m fortunate to work alongside an incredible team and crews who share those values, including our founder, Alexis, who also happens to be my wife! Building a business and a life together certainly keeps things interesting, but there’s no one I’d rather be doing it with.
At the end of the day, our success isn’t measured by how many homes we paint, but by how many homeowners are still glad they chose Luxor years later.
