Rebuilt deck/balcony: removed & replaced upper roof membrane, joists, corrected drainage angles (fall). Removed & replaced all patio walls with concrete-based siding/fascia/trim after removing/replacing all interior wall framing. Upgraded balcony with metal railing. New shiplap ceiling in patio. Removed/replaced exterior siding with concrete-based siding and properly sealed.

Completed deck rebuilds project after pressure-treated lumber acclimatized and painting.

Friggin goose WOULD NOT LET ME IN!!! This was in April but cost me 20 minutes trying to get into the carpet warehouse.

Rebuilding and stabilizing two decks. Replaced lumber with composite decking for a more durable solution.

Some exterior noticeable water damage to look for: swelling, separation between materials/trim, water breaches…please contact Harding Contracting for a free assessment! Water intrusion is often hidden or not obvious but very costly if not addressed quickly.
