One of Wood-Mode's summer traditions is welcoming a team of summer employees. These seasonal workers are usually home from college for the summer and are often our full-time employees' children. This treasured practice allows families to work hand in hand, passing down the principles and practices of hard work and quality craftsmanship that we are known for. Students are able to work in a family-oriented atmosphere and earn some extra cash while on break.

Our summer team members work in all areas of the facility, from production and maintenance, to warehouse and shipping. It's not uncommon to see second and third generation family members join the Wood-Mode team and we are deeply thankful for the opportunity to forge a greater connection with these students and our employees.
