Finished out 2025 with removing this roof that wasn't doing much anyway and replaced it.

What a deck!

We started the project just leveling what was there. We found it was pieced in and not built to code.

The clients agreed it needed replaced before someone got hurt.

All new Trex decking and stained cedar with a Sunscape roofing system will last many years to come.

We recently built some more steps. They can at least get upstairs now to assess how they want upstairs laid out.

Not our every day line, but this thing was neat and I had to do it.

We had to cut out the tub and put this insert in. It was a way more budget friendly way of making the tub a walk in.

New ADA grab bars put in for easier access.

We had the privilege of working on a project to further revitalize a nearly 150 year old building downtown.

We completely removed the steps and reversed the direction. We also widened them from 36" to 53", the same width as the steps going up to this floor.

We had a blast on this project and we have another project coming up where we'll be moving the direction of the steps.

Converting this old garage into a bedroom and closet.

So far we re-framed everything. New sheetrock and insulation. Egress window put in. Siding outside. Mini-split installed.

Of course going to give a shout out to Mayfield Electric LLC for re-wiring the mess it was and added to the beauty.

More to come as we look forward to leveling the concrete floor out and add flooring, doors, and trim

After taking the siding off, we found substantial rotting in the sheathing and even in the framing. We removed all the rotted wood and built it to last many more years.
