It seems no one wants to work in this town. I hire someone and they work for a half hour or hour and quit. Making excuses, I can’t work till tomorrow or next week, no explanation. I’m 58 years old and I do this work daily. I hire 20-30 year old guys and they don’t last. I have 5 dedicated guys who bust their butts for me. 2 who are my full time tree cutting guys, and 2 who are my landscaping guys. When I tell them our work is all labor, I mean it’s all LABOR, non stop with 15 min breaks and lunch.
